About the Presenters

Katsuhiko Ogawa is Professor of Faculty of Environment and Information Studies at Keio University since 2007. He spent 29 years working for Nippon Telegram and Telephone Corporation after he graduated from the graduate school of Keio University in 1978. He earned his doctorate degree of Systems Engineering in 1989. His research interests are in the area of human centered design, communication services and network society.

Ayaka Ito is currently Ph.D candidate of Graduate School of Media and Governance, Keio University since 2014. She worked at VIBE Inc. from 2008 to 2010, involved in sales and marketing for the media and mobile devices. In 2013, she earned her master degree in cross-cultural communication and media studies at Newcastle University, England. Her research interests are in the area of intercultural communication and media information.

Ni Zhang is currently Master candidate of Graduate School of Media and Governance, Keio University since 2015. She worked at Tencent Inc. from 2011 to 2014, involved in content operation and Business Development for the online media group. From 2010 to 2011, she studied as a research student in graduate school of international cultural studies at Tohoku University. Her research interests are in the area of media information, contents tourism and intercultural product.
